Flanigan's Seafood And Grill

Flannigan’s is starting to fall off with their food. The customer service is great, but I ordered 20 chicken wings they were burnt and they gave me not even 2 tablespoons of sauce on the side. For 20 wings that’s all you get in sauce! The french fries were almost cold, not even cooked.

The staff was put out by our questions about the beer and food. After all , we were only women. Young Ladies, women tip way better than men. ESPECIALLY when we are treated well!!!

The service was perfectly fine, I loved the staff who served.

Today I went in with my family for Father’s Day, we had been at this location before and it’s usually very nice. My grandfather ordered food and it had come out way too salty for him to even enjoy so he had returned it. My sister ordered a burger that she split with me and there was a wrapper or paper found inside of the burger. While my father was eating his ribs some kid sneezed all over the food. At this point we returned everything and only my mom and brother were eating. We wanted to just get our food and leave. My mother was speaking with the manager and the manager was incredibly rude her name was Pepper and she was basically screaming at my mom saying it was our fault. They tried to charge us for both the original plates and the remakes which took forever to receive. With all of this we only received a 10 percent discount on our order and hardly an apology. I recommend you don’t go here until management is changed or if you expect your experience to be good. There is no excuse for us to receive contaminated food, and being over charged on our order under any circumstance. The lady could have given us a simple sorry and made the situation right but couldn’t do either of those things.
