Starbucks - Halifax

Came in on Saturday, Nov 25, during the Parade of Lights, and just have to say that this Starbucks team ran a tight ship! Sure, there was definitely a wait time, but considering there was easily 100 people waiting for drinks, the speed and efficiency was incredible. As someone who works in a couple of restaurants and deals with lots of (smaller) rushes and online orders, I was shocked at how fast orders were going out. I'm sure the team didn't get enough appreciation from most customers that night, but honestly, you all killed it. I hope you all get some type of recognition or treat or something, because you all deserved it!

Quite a busy location, never a lack of lines on Saturday afternoon. Plenty of seating within Starbucks and in the mall that it is connected to. Fast service when ordering over the app. Seating area had charging ports available and free wifi as per usual. Mostly a clean and convenient location.

Starbucks maintain consistency in their coffee offering. Wherever I travel, I get the same cup of coffee, and this branch didn't disappoint. My experience was during peak time with waiting queue, but we managed to find seats.

Mid morning is apparently a great time to come here, nice and quiet with most choosing to get take away. Staff were friendly and super quick. Feta and spinach wrap is SO yum. Really recommend it to my fellow veggies

The young man behind the counter taking orders was wonderful. I had never been there before and had no idea what I was doing... he was so helpful and kind. I wish I had gotten his name.
