Great simple Filipino buffet. Great curry dishes, steamed vegetable rice, singapore noodles, steamed veggies, a flat cake something like pakoras, spicy beef dish, salad, and homemade mango ice cream. Several plate fulls for only $11! Service and friendliness was excellent. Well worth a try.

I've been there 3 times since it opened this summer. The food is delicious with an excellent service. It is a very familiar place. I love it

This little hideaway has authentic Filipino food and it's an all-you-can-eat buffet. And it's very inexpensive! The owners are sweet and funny. You will want to go on a regular basis, trust me!

We went here for the lunch buffet. We never really had a Filipino meal before, so we were anxious to give it a try. Right away I noticed as we walked in that the restaurant was very tiny (especially for a 6 foot 4 guy like me). But the service was awesome. The people who served us were very, very sweet and friendly. The selection for the buffet was not huge, but it was adequate. There was rice, noodles, spring rolls, dumplings, shrimp rolls, chicken, etc. They also had a small salad bar. The quality of the food was great...you could tell it was made with love and fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Now, the dining area. Again, I found it very cramped. Not a lot of room to move around in. Plus, we found the dining area HOT. I don't think they had AC, and if they did it was not turned up very high. We found that made the dining experience a little uncomfortable. But, the great food and good service more than made up for that. They also gave us some handmade mango ice cream (it was included in the buffet) and it was delicious! The prices were very good too. My wife and I both ate for under $25, and that was a fair amount of food. This is a great spot right in the heart of downtown Halifax. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!!
