Buta Ramen

Wish I grabbed a photo. I’ve eaten Ramen all around the world. I’d say outside of California and New York (Oni in Dallas), the ramen in North America isn’t great. The extra spicy tantanmen here was nearly perfect. I think the noodles lacked that almost buttery taste you find in exceptional bowls in Japan but that’s me being very nitpicky.
