I'm so excited that as a vegan I can finally eat at Irving Big Stop again. I grew up having breakfast with my family here or stopping when travelling to new Brunswick. They now carry the Beyond Burger, which I recommend to even my meat loving friends. You will be shocked. The Enfield restaurant is spacious, comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. Our waitress was sweet, prompt and well mannered. The burger itself was delicious. Vegans order with no mayo or cheese and skip the coleslaw, they will give you extra fries.
