Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted Bbq

Ribs were amazing. Brisket was even more amazing. Mac and cheese was tasteless mush. Fries were okay. We came for the main courses though and they were some of the best in the area. If you're in the mood for some BBQ check these folks out, just skipthe mac and cheese.

Me, my husband and 2 friends were there last night and we had an amazing meal. We got an order including a pound each of some meats and side dishes. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the brisket and potato salad. They were generous portionsat a very affordable price. They were out of a couple of options and we all agreed the macaroni and cheese was not somethingwe'd get again, but we'll definitely be back!!!!! The staff were super friendly and helped us navigate the menu to find whatwould accommodate our preferences. Don't hesitate to go here. You won't be disappointed.

Glad that Clifton Park has a decent BBQ spot. Ordered 2 meats 1 side and opted for the pulled pork, ribs, mac cheese. Total came to $18 and change which I though was very fair. I asked about the $4 double meat upcharge but the cashier had a hard timeexplaining so I politely declined. The pulled pork was the star of the show. Absolutely amazing. I probably wouldn?t order theribs next time i visit. They were good, not great. The smoked Mac and cheese was very strange tasting and I couldn?t eat morethan my first bite. Maybe it?s just not for me. I would order from Rollin Smoke again

My family has ordered takeout a couple times from here and it has been amazing. The homemade cherry sauce that comes with the ribs is phenomenal. In all honesty it is some of the best barbecue I?ve ever had. You can taste the smokiness in the very biteof whatever you order. It?s fantastic!

Loved it!! It's so hard to find a great BBQ spot. The food was delicious! The staff were great and very personable. I'll continue drive the 30 minutes each way for food this good. We had the brisket and burnt ends (that's what was left for the day)with macaroni cheese and fries. We can't wait to dine again and try the rest of the menu.
