Navio - Half Moon Bay

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's our favorite spot to eat in the Bay Area.

Our waiter, Jeffrey, was outstanding. He offered great suggestions and made our dining experience even better. The food was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire evening, taking our time to savor a delicious meal and appreciate the lovely view.

The food was quite average for the price (given it's a resort). Both the $75 steak and halibut were rather bland. I was really disappointed, especially since we came here to celebrate a 60th birthday.

We were called 2 days prior to our reservation and told the restaurant was closed. No explanation, just closed. Alternative was another restaurant in the hotel and we accepted that. Food was good at the other restaurant but not Navio’s. It seems that the hotel and restaurant catering groups so don’t book it if you really want Navio’s.

Our waiter was extravagant the food was delicious the ambiance is lovely
