Dunkin' - Hales Corners

The interior is very nice and the staff are great. You just need to tell them what you want and they will make it happen.

The ice cream appeared appetizing, but no one in my group enjoyed it. I paid $13 for scoops for myself and two children. The ice cream had a freezer burnt taste to it. Additionally, the icing on the doughnuts was nearly melted and hardened. Overall, it was not worth the money spent.

The staff was very helpful in locating the donuts I wanted, even though they were not yet in the display case.

Employees are very nice, the district manager on the other hand has something up their… well, I’d rather not say it here. Appearently a doctors note isn’t proof enough that you are sick to this district manager. If I were you, I would not support this Dunkin’.

Ordered a Peppermint Mocha Latte hot, was cold and tasted like it was made with coffee and not espresso. 0/10 would not
