Dobro Jesti - Haldimand County

This is a food truck but they also have the food concession at HHC in Caledonia. We will place an order (in advance) on occasion (ok, at least 5 time within the past 6 months) for our staff meeting lunch. The rice balls are huge and delicious and they have fabulous soups. Most of us usually have rice ball and soup for lunch. They make fantastic sandwiches and the house salad is great too.

If it's a visit to their truck, or their location inside the HCCC it's always top quality food. Simple and delicious.

We were exploring downtown Toronto, when my son suggested finding a food truck to eat at. He downloaded a Toronto food truck app, and found the trucks closest to our location. We examined the menu of the two trucks parked together, and decided to eat at dobro jesti. What an excellent idea! We shared the risotto rice balls, which were good, but we are used to meat in huge centre. We also shared schnitzel on za rye. We had one pork cutlet and one chicken cutlet on the sandwich. The food was outstanding!
