Wasa Pizzeria Kebab Grill - Halden

Terrible service from the staff. My mother and I asked for a bathroom and was pointed to the urinals, where there were Even a man standing peeing with the door open. Also, when asking for the menu to see which beer/wine/soda i wanted to order, i was told they did not have one, even thought the table next to us had several laying on the table. Also, the staff apparently has no problem with customers standing Right by the tables smoking, which both my family and i find unpleasant when eating. Even tho sweden has restrictions for smoking right outside entrances.

We have passed by this restaurant several times for years, but not stopped for a drink or lunch. We decided to try a simple lunch this Christmas. Not many people in the restaurant. The room was cold and not very cosy or inviting. We ordered pizza and a tapped beer. The pizza had dry and hard bottom and the ham was of the very cheap style. Price for the pizza was OK, but the price for the beer was a rip-off. We payed 79 SEK for 0,4l and that is more than 15% more expensive than any other main stream restaurants in Strömstad (like Park or Kontoret). I think they just grab money from tourists and one stop visitors when serving food with cheap ingredients and expensive food. I don't think locals are using this restaurant.

We stopped in here while walking around town. Thought the lunch and service was excellent. We were surprised it was ranked so low for the town. Loved the beef and veggies stir fry that I had. Pizza was great too. Give the place a try.

Very good food here! very fresh and tasty. large menu with a lot of food choice, with proper dinner options (steak, salad, etc) in addition to simple food like pizza. 7 days in the week open, which is rare for strømstad! so happy to have found this place on a Monday when everything else is closed or only the bar is open. flexible and wonderful service; I have to switch the meal to my wish. I really like the interieur and the sitting opportunity; comfortable and cozy, despite quite small, and with good music volume. incredible prizes great worth for her money. I recommend this place, I was super happy!

For the price the food isn't that great. The only real upside with this restaurant is the view over Stromstad harbour and the sun setting just right!
