The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The owners are not only rude but also seem completely clueless about how to interact with customers. My most recent experience was particularly strange when they claimed they needed to connect with my "energy source" because theirs was continuously fading. This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unacceptable.

Best Bubble tea. Bubble is very nice soft and ice cream rolls are the best.

After searching the Food Truck Festival for something Refreshing we stumbled upon this place. A small truck mainly featuring 'bubble tea' and shaved ice. The menu is a little small and pretty generic looking but we decided to go with a Strawberry shaved ice Pink Paradise . Strawberry shaved ice, strawberries, strawberry syrup and boba balls. Thinking it was going to be very ordinary run of the mill shaved ice, we were pleasantly surprised. They literally shave this ice from a giant block on this neat spinning device, and hand make it start to finish. Adding the toppings sparingly, and precise to make it look as good as it tastes. It was extremely satisfying and most definitely 'refreshing' as we hoped. The ride home was filled with thought of eventually trying other flavors, and dreaming of that wonderful shaved ice. 5 Stars all the way and we can't wait to get more.
