El Tarasco - Haines City

I ordered eight tacos and was charged nearly $20, which comes to about $2.50 each. I expected it to be around $12 total. Additionally, it took 50 minutes for my order to be delivered.

My family and I used to visit this restaurant often, but our experience took a turn for the worse after a shocking encounter with the cashier. We decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, we had a similar experience, with the same cashier treating us poorly and serving us in a rude and condescending way. I won’t be dining here again. They really need to improve their customer service.

This restaurant used to be great, but since all the staff changed, both the service and food quality have dramatically declined. The portions have become smaller, the food lacks flavor, and the customer service is abysmal. The cashier, in particular, was unhelpful and treated us disrespectfully and discriminately when she finally decided to assist us. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this place—it’s truly disappointing. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Came here for the first time and i liked it very much.I ordered some carne asada tacos and they tasted great,i also tried the birria quesadilla and it was delicious as well. Everything was fresh and flavorfull.Overall very happy with my first visit and will definitely come back.Also the prices are really good considering most spots are charging 2-3 dollars per taco. 100% recommended

I just moved to Haines City and we've tired out a couple of place until we found this place like wow this place ? amazing!
