It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, but the service was still pleasant. The calzone starter came with tomato sauce on the side, but the main course did not, making it rather dry. However, both dishes were filled with stuffing. Overall, the service was good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. We had a dine-in dinner experience with a price range of £20-30 per person. The food was rated 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere 5 out of 5.

I had an amazing experience at Romeo Juliet restaurant! My friends and I visited in November and had a fantastic evening. The server was very friendly and recommended a delicious newly imported “pink prosecco” for our table. We all loved our meals - I ordered the parmesan and pistachio pasta and it was delicious! The tiramisu for dessert was also a great choice, it was the best I’ve ever had. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Hailsham.

I visited this charming restaurant for the first time and it certainly won't be my last! The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was really nice. It was also good value for the price. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend dining here for dinner. The price per person ranges from £30 to £40.
