Taco Bell - Hagerstown

It was like stepping into a different universe. Just keep walking. The food was cold and unappetizing, the drinks tasted like soap, and the ones that didn't taste like soap were either empty or just carbonated water.

Food was mediocre and a little cold. And the lady who took our order was rude, great for a 2 am snack but don't come here expecting gourmet Mexican food

The cashier was friendly and the staff was great. There were a couple of errors in our order, but given the staff shortage, it was understandable. The restaurant is in a very convenient location.

Although the location may have some drawbacks, the staff is usually very helpful and friendly. However, at times, the employees can be somewhat curt with customers.

The restaurant is quite pricey. The service I received was excellent throughout my visit. The quality of service can either enhance or ruin my experience. I ordered six meals, which ended up costing a substantial amount of money. The tacos were small in size and lacked fillings, but they were tasty and my family enjoyed them. I wish the prices were more reasonable, as we paid $10 for a three taco meal. However, because my children love the tacos, we will continue to dine there. Thank you for the pleasant service. We dined at the dual restaurant.
