Denny's - Hagerstown

We had an amazing experience at this Denny's during our honeymoon/anniversary trip south. We were seated quickly, and our waiter checked on us numerous times. The food arrived swiftly and was absolutely delicious. Our waiter mentioned he would take a break and have a girl come to assist us, but she never came by. However, it didn't matter because our main waiter was outstanding! Overall, this was the best Denny's we've ever visited.

The food is amazing, and I love the new look of the place. I'm always satisfied with my meal, and the breakfast is simply perfect!

Although it's a chain restaurant, this Denny's has the vibe of a neighborhood spot. It could use some updates, but the staff are fantastic. The waitstaff are consistently friendly, and even the busboys bring their own charm and smiles. The managers handle a lot of difficult situations from customers, including college students trying to dodge their bills, but I've always seen them respond with respect and professionalism. The food is good—always dependable. It's not gourmet, but you can count on a great breakfast.

I've been really disappointed lately. The Denver omelette didn’t have any cheese, and the vegetables were overcooked. Additionally, the pancakes have been burnt twice now, making them inedible.

I've never had any issues at the Denny's on Dual Highway in Hagerstown. I stopped by a few days ago, but it was closed for a remodel. Are you open again as of July 19, 2017?
