Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hagerstown

I did an online order and when I picked it up they only put food in half the bowl. Charge you an arm and a leg but only give you half as much as you pay for. This isn’t the first time either. Whenever you aren’t watching them make it they will give you only half of what you pay for and WHY??

I came to the store tonight ordered 2 bowls one for myself on for my girlfriend we sat in line for 10 minutes while the employee making the food serviced the person behind us and ignored us they also screwed our order somehow we had to tell the employees 4 times repeatedly each time with each ingredient NO EXAGGERATION WORST CHIPOTLE IN THE REGION STAY AWAY

The store is dirty trash was overflowing where the fountain area is was pretty trashed it was pretty

We order from you this week and our order was wrong and it looks like our food was thrown together, we got white rice not brown rice, plus our order was so spicy and we didn't get spicy with our food. So please make sure the employees take their time for each. Thank

Quick pit stop off of Rt 70. Easy on easy off. Highly recommend.
