Burger King - Hagerstown

No kindness, they ignore me when I'm in line to order, not even a smile, they always have a long face. As if they gave us food, I think they are paying for the service, they should be more attentive.

The WORSE Burger King EVER The skinny African American girl that works in the morning is by far the most DISRESPECTFUL fast food worker I've ever met. What's the number to home office? Anyone know??

The potatoes were ice cold and the counter person was not friendly at all !

Dear burger king hwy 40 Hagerstown MD. My family was had dinner there last Thursday.. took forever to get the food.. cook was swearing. Told his manager he wishes he would get fired. He was tossing sandwichs very hard. I had to go back and get my wife a new sandwich and wait to make shur he didn't spit in it.. felt ill the next day.. the last time I will eat at a burger king

The girl working the drive thru window is rude. First, she rolled her eyes and acted bothered by me asking for a mayo packet. Ok no biggie. Then, I get home and realize there is no sandwich in the bag. Which doesn’t surprise me because every time I order from this Burger King they forget something. I called and let them know, I would come back to pickup the sandwich. When I pull up to the window the girl basically threw the bag at me and closed the window before I could even say anything. I see someone else complained about an African American girl on the am shift working the window 2 weeks ago, prior to my experience today. It’s more than likely the same employee. They may want to put her back in the kitchen or on bathroom duty so that she’s not dealing with the public because clearly she has no customer service skills and hates her job.
