I've here with family a couple of years ago. My daughter asked me about the restaurant the other day when we were at the mall. Based on that and knowing that I was satisfied with the food and service here, I'll take her soon. It's nice also because part of the restaurant is exposed to outside, which gives it a different experience.
In my opinion one of your good two places in Hagerstown food is always good and the atmosphere is fantastic
Love permanti bros. The chains will never hold a candle to the original it is and always will be the best
