This restaurant review is for Big Bite Madla. The service at this location was one of the worst I've experienced at any of the Big Bite chains. My chicken curry sandwich had minimal filling and the bread was too dry, making it hard to chew. Another customer complained about the lack of tuna on their sandwich as well. Overall, the service was lacking and I hope they can hire better staff in the future. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.

The employee at this restaurant was rude, and the service was very slow. It took a long time to receive the food. The tacos were tasty, but the other dish was flavorless. A young person asked the man what day it was, and he responded arrogantly, saying they should learn better manners because he was busy. It was clear that he wouldn't have responded that way to an adult. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
