Lobster bisque tasted like tomato purée with a few pieces of lobster meat. Paid $14 for ONE meatball with a blob of ricotta cheese. The food is fantastic, this review is about the customer service. I called 20 minutes before they opened and explained that I needed a gift card and this is the only time I had to get it. They explain to me that they open at one and they will not open the door for me until 1 o’clock. Not only will I buy my gift card elsewhere. I will never spend a dollar there again. Ridiculous.
