Arancini Brothers Dalston - Hackney

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer since the Dalston branch first opened. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, even during their busiest periods. The food options for vegans are among the best in Hackney. If there has ever been an issue with my order, the staff have always promptly corrected it without any hassle. My personal favorite dish is the mushroom risotto balls in a wrap or salad. The fries are also a tasty choice, just be sure to request a lighter hand on the peri peri seasoning. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant!

This was the worst food I have ever had in my life. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. The vegan options were terrible. I will not be coming back.

I visited this restaurant years ago and tried their arancini, which were crispy, larger in size, and made with rice. However, on my recent visit, the arancini were much smaller, made with a rice slurry, and lacked clear flavors. They were also not warm and crispy. The salad tasted bland and the dressing seemed to lack any flavor. The chili sauce provided was not spicy at all. However, I must acknowledge that the staff was friendly and attentive. It's unfortunate that the quality of the food has declined drastically. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. It's hard to believe they actually enjoy serving this food.

We weren’t blown away by previous reviews but tempted by the novelty of a place dedicated to arancini an actually being able to eat it-not easy to find as a vegan! The place itself is grubby and in need to updating, we ate in which I wouldn’t recommend. Food was fine but not amazing, we had a burger each and shared some of the arancini balls and paprika fries. The burgers were good but the fillings bore absolutely no resemblance to the burgers we had ordered. The balls were sub-par and the fries pretty basic too. So-so service, poor value for money (pad about £30 with two soft drinks included) and a plethora of better places to eat nearby means I’d suggest swerving this place.
