Mcdonald's - Hackettstown

I honestly come to this place for the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming, and they're quick to correct any order issues. Their manners are top-notch, which makes me feel good about visiting. While the typical McDonald's problems are here too—like the fries not being consistently great—I still enjoy coming back. However, I have to mention that I ordered two cookies, and when I opened the bag, I only found one packet of jelly! With such a dry cookie, that's disappointing. I know the economy is tough, but come on, at least include a straw and more jelly, please!

The drive-thru line moves quickly, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I don't understand why you can't dive into the order. Many fast food places have this restriction, and I'm not sure why.

This McDonald's in Hackettstown is by far the most modern and cleanest location I've visited. I was really impressed by the recent upgrades and overall appearance. The employees were fantastic—they got our orders right and were faster than at other locations! I would give it 5 stars!
