Rosa Mexicano Riverside Square

$15 for mild guacamole with no taste and extremely small. Forgot the salsa and the torts was very dry. So disappointing

The Sopa Poblano flavor was good but they charge $9 for a bowl of soup that came half emptied. The tortilla soup was really good and the bowl came with right amount.

Food was good, except for the tortilla soup that was with a strange flavor. Apparently they changed the recipe. Service was horrible. My girlfriend and I had such a great time at lunch today. The owner, or Manager, was so charming. He checked in on us several times, then another handsome man came on duty (Andreas I think). We had a fantastic time. We stopped coming for about a year because the food had suffered, but its nice to know the old Chef is back. The food was fantastic! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have worked at Rosa Mexicano in Riverside Square for about 4 years, my recent visit was this last Wednesday where I invited some friends to have lunch at Rosa’s. When we arrived, the host, who was not at all enthusiastic, sat us at a table. It took a long time to be attended to. During the time we waited for someone to come to our table, I noticed that there weren't many tables occupied, but they weren't cleaned. The two servers that were there were trying to serve the people who were already there and at the same time trying to clean the tables. I believe that the lack of employees at that time was what caused our long wait. honestly I could see that there was a bartender, a hostel and two servers and I believe another gentleman who looked like the manager. When we were served, the server didn't have much knowledge of the food but did what he could. During the time we were there, the manager didn't even come to our table seeing that we had been there for a long time. In fact, it also seems like he didn't even care because he took some dishes off a table and the rest of the tables were dirty. The other server, as he had to wait on the tables and at the same time clean them, threw the plates and spoons into a bucket in a car, making a lot of noise not only for us but for the 2 tables that had people. I have no complaints about the food, it's great as always. I just want to express my deep disappointment at seeing a restaurant that I worked for for a few years fall from its standard in this way. I was extremely embarrassed because I had given great recommendations to my friends about the restaurant. Parking: It is lot parking space .
