Worse service ever. Drive thru is rude and when I order online from Uber Eats always missing salsa whens its on the damn receipt

The kindest employees. Good listeners, patient, and fast working. Tristan the manager was going above and beyond.The property was clean inside and out. Felt comfortable walking in to this establishment.

I like coming here because it’s a welcoming place and don’t have issues with my orders. I love to get the grande avocado bowl n the double chicken bowl the best! Thank you for your service pollo loco

Food was cold, and sloppy, when I asked about why the food was under cooked, I was told that's how it comes... no effort was made to make it right! Just a blank stare, and some negative attitude! I won't be back : ever :

I ordered my food and my avocado was brown, I had asked for red and green salsa and ended up getting just green and I ended up getting food poisoning and getting really sick from their food I don’t recommend coming here the service sucked and so did the food it’s self.
