Friendly service, nice eating at a reasonable price in a surprisingly funky restaurant.

After dining at this restaurant, it became clear to us that it is extremely popular. We enjoyed a delicious dinner from an affordable menu, including a Royal Fish Basket with crumbed calamari, fish bites, mussels, oysters, and shrimp all cooked to perfection and served on a pastry shell. We also tried the coral trout encrusted with tempura butter, served with chips, salad, and tartare sauce, which was light and satisfying. The desserts, including freshly made profiteroles with chocolate sauce, cream, strawberries, and mint, as well as sticky date pudding with plenty of sauce, ice cream, mint, and strawberries, were both generous and delightful. The new French chef has created a menu that, along with the friendly and efficient service, makes for a pleasant and unforgettable dining experience. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance.

I'm going through gympie, so I had to trust the reviews. service and eating were not disappointed. if this restaurant were in a big city, eating would get a 4 stars of me (the service is a perfect 5,) but I will come back if I would go through again.

The cattle ribs were amazing! They were so soft that they could pull out the bone!! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I recently tried a chicken dish with prawns and avocado at this restaurant. I was hoping for a baked chicken breast fillet, but it was actually a crumbed and fried schnitzel. The menu should provide more accurate descriptions for better transparency.
