Zizza Pizza - Gwynedd

Ordnete two lamb thunder kebab packaging for me and housekeeper ... WOW!! Fantastic. The pack was perfectly roasted/drilled the meat was juicy, salad was fresh and the garlic Mayo and Chili sauce was epic! I'm usually picky after a few drinks, but that was the perfect amount of food and delicious. I think the order lasted between 20-30 minutes for a late Saturday, which is brilliant. Overall I really enjoyed the service

I ordered a home delivery of Zizza Pizza at 19:40 with their website it said delivery will be with you in 40 minutes (20:20) it was 20:30, so I called Zizza Pizza to ask where my order was, they said they were no order... for me, even if the money had been taken out of my bank and after a few minutes they called and said they hadn't seen it and would start it from me. When I told her husband on the phone said I would get a free bottle of Pepsi max, as I had waited for over an hour at this point, he said he was just the driver and could not do anything that is understandable. After I called Zizza Pizza again to say what I happened, the man had said on the phone that life and hung out when I called again he immediately after the realization that I was again. They blew the order and gave us middle kebabs instead of the big ones we paid for and the chips were tiny, I could fit all the part in my hand, we also ordered 6 onion rings, got 4 and added onions, cabbage, cucumber and tomatoes to my kebab, although id stated plain. I will try a Chinese next time or another Kebab house in the area

Great service great price and delicious food! As good as Dominos and the rest, but for less than half the price!

Me an my partner have ordered from here since it opened last year. One maybe twice a week. Couldn 't fault anything to be fair but slowly slowly their standards have dropped and are no longer usable IMO. I ordered tonight for delivery. After an hour...I rang to asked where my food was. I was told on his way sorry sorry (Sunday 9.45pm order was placed and shop dead). Another 20minutes and my phone rang errrm where are you? I 'm by lidl said the delivery driver. I told him I live nowhere near there whatsoever and had to explain (he got it on my 6th reference point) where I lived as he was confused. I watched him (another 10minutes later) park in my car park and walk down 2 different streets. So I thought sod this I 'll meet this absolute drip in the street. Paid blah blah food freezing, had to get dressed an go demand a refund. Will never ever use again. The food quality had plummeted anyway but cold food and your paying £20+ no thanks.
