The Black Lion - Gwynedd

This place is perfect for a solo meal. The food is delicious and well-cooked, plus it's affordable! The staff are extremely polite and friendly, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. While the decor may be a bit outdated, don't let that deter you. This hidden gem of a pub is definitely worth checking out.

The small pub always offers a warm welcome, although it's slightly off the beaten path. However, it's definitely worth the short walk. The food is consistently excellent and we enjoyed trying a variety of dishes from the menu. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. Special thanks to Meilir and Dave for their great work in maintaining the pub.

This restaurant is very welcoming and the staff were extremely friendly towards our dog, making us feel right at home. Although there wasn't a large selection of alcohol, the ambiance was so lovely that I didn't mind at all.

A lovely pub, I eat the caramelized cracks with whirl rings and black pudding was super dooper. we were allowed to take our dog cheek and chong in the chef gave them fresh steak. the rice pudding was probably the best I had since school yummy. they are very pro brexit (as we are) and refused to serve a man in a Eu bond. jolly goodly
