Excellent Sunday roast. Locally sourced meat, fresh vegetables and home made sweets. A very welcoming pub, professional and courteous staff. What more can you ask for?

Excellent meal .Great portions of home cooked food. Friendly and helpful staff . So full at end of meal but couldn't resist the pear and ginger crumble which they kindly put in a takeaway container for us to have later- delicious

Both had wonderful Sunday lunches, and agree they were amongst the best we’ve ever eaten out. Unusually for us we had a starter, the homemade soup which was delicious. Then on to the main event plenty of meat (one beef, one lamb) veg and gravy all cooked to perfection. Both at bursting point, we still couldn’t refuse puddings again, homemade and delicious. Staff were very attentive and overall good value for money. Will certainly be back.

Had a lovely sunday lunch in the garden, the pork, lamb and seabass were all excellent and an absolute steal at £16 each with plenty of veg and gravy for everyone. The local beer was very well kept and delicious. The staff provided outstanding service and the location is pretty hard to beat as well

Truly excellent, really friendly staff and great tasting food. We've been coming 38 years to Plas Talgarth which has sadly dropped in standards so went down the lane to this pub, have been for food here before over the years and this was a great visit. Thank you to all the staff
