Dolphin Fish - Gwynedd

Average at best. Cod was ok and chips just tasted like there were cooked in old oil. Wouldn't go there again.

Really Friendly staff, nice enjoyable meal, clean and tidy and ample portions! Would recommend to others. The food was really fairly priced.

Went here based on reviews and was very disappointed, got haddock and chips twice, one was like a kids portion. The fish on both was very thin and consequently was dry and over cooked around edges. Chips were dripping in fat. Overall some of the worst fish and chips I've ever had.

Stopped in Barmouth on our way through, nice sunny spring day, popped into Dolphin fish bar to pick up some dinner. Had the cod chips. Was very good. Service was great nice and friendly. Would recommend. .

To start, Staff very pleasant....if I could give the young lady serving 6 stars from 5, I would. She works extremely well on her own)... Food , large cod, curry sauce....I'm afraid , although not horrendous...size wise poor and thin? It was very average. Nothing special.
