Costa Coffee - Gwynedd

The woman who served us is today paved with the woman and a nice clean caffe ideal place for the people.

I jumped to the costa pwllheli this afternoon and ordered my usual...latte and americano. as always it was absolutely brilliant as always. pwllheli costa coffee is the best everywhere and the staff are always very professional and friendly and friendly. they always make their customers feel welcome. all bad reviews below are by a degrunted ex member of the staff, so they don't pay any attention at all!

The manager of the woman was very rude, cutlery and tables were very dirty. my coffee was terrible, it was cold and above all froth! eating on the floor thrown, and the wormbap of my child was served with the sausage from the bap and the tip. fell from the fact that the young man only scrubbed his shoulders and laughed. it was just a terrible service!

Great coffee and snacks and the load is always immaculate. it is a great location in the middle of the village, we love to sit and watch the world go by! the staff is super friendly and helpful and very patient as I practice my welsh when...order! diolch yn fawr!

I walked in the place and it was quiet but had dirty tables everywhere. I placed my order with the store manageress who I found loud and quite rude and sarcastic. By the looks of it in the reviews I'm not the only person that...thinks the same. Shame as I do like a Costa just not this one any more.
