Sujata 수자타 - Gwangju

As people have said, buffet with a variety of options which were all good. You walk in and pay first. Then just help yourself to the food and find a seat. Towards the far end of the food there is a table with 2 pots of rice and different veggies, this is for making your own bibimbap. When you are done, you take your plates to the cleaning unit at the far end

A must if you ever visit gwangju. it's just a little bit away from the main parts of the city but the area around it is beautiful. the day I went it was very busy, there was a queue to go in by the time I left (around 12:30).

Sujata has delicious vegan Korean food for a super low price. You can’t beat that! There aren’t many places to find vegetarian food in Gwangju so this is where we go whenever we’re hungry.

Great eating! many options for choice. seems really authentic. tends to be overcrowded, but I think it's a good sign.

The line built outside, fortunately they had a lot of parking and enough tables for everyone. it seems to be a popular restaurant. there was a lot of good food to try! they even had “Baby Kimbap” by only rice and seetang for picky eater. our 5 years old was invited to eat free.
