Worst cupcakes I have ever had in my life. Taste like I m eating dalda.. waste of money

The quality of product is equally good compared to other good bakeries in the city. The behaviour of the staff is awful. They are not at all courteous. I had ordered a cake amounting to Rs 3000 and that obviously came in big box. The staff wasn't even ready to open the door and help me to reach my car. Moreover they said l sir utha k le jaiye, aise hi le jana padta hai. My piece of advice is that food industry is no more the product based industry, it's more about the experience you create for the customers. I though it was only me who found the behaviour rude but then going through the reviews of the other customers, the picture gets clear. Also the replies that are being given for the reviews state the stories. Anyways. All the best
