Red Lobster - Gurnee

I usually love dining here. I understand the circumstances that come with the ongoing pandemic, so I ordered online for curbside pickup at 3pm. I placed my order at noon to give them enough time to complete my order. I arrived to the restaurant at 2:58 and called to let them know I was here, and they told me my food would be out when it was ready. So glad this place was open on Christmas day! I did not feel like cooking. I was able to take my mother here, and we enjoyed our Christmas dinner together.

We went here last night to celebrate my fiance's mothers birthday, there were 8 of us. It took 20 minutes before we even got our drink orders, another 20 to get them and it was to the point we were asking for at least water (should have been default). It took literally 50 minutes to get the tea as “it had to brew”. They brought bread out, and 5 plates. Again, there was 8 of us. The food here is amazing for the price. A very friendly down to earth atmosphere with great staff

Food was good but the service was too slow and there was not too much people. Maybe was a bad day and some personal was not working that day
