Burger King - Gurley

Our food is always fresh, the staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. Sometimes there's a wait bc they are understaffed, but other than that there have been no problems. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Friday Oct 6 2023 drove up to location three employees standing in front of store smoking. All went in as I approached door. All three took a place one on fries one at register and one on prep table. None of the three washes hands as required. Then upon looking at cleanliness of restaurant I decided not to place order and eat In as I planed. The store had a strong order of cooking oil and the area I could see from counter made my decision not to eat here Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Impossible Whopper

The drive through was empty. We go inside and no other customers are there. Instead of taking our order the staff let us know they forgot to lock the door to the dining room due to the low staffing. Clearly they do not want customers. Highly unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Was horrible experience me and my fiancé both got meals mine was ice cold and didn’t have cheese I took my sandwich back up to the counter the lady gave it to the lady cooking she said I had bit into it and she would not remake it over 20$ I didn’t even get to eat the lady cooking was very rude I will never be back to any burger king Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
