Bakshi - Gulmarg

Located right in the center near parking, this mall restaurant has a nice ambiance. Despite being busy, the service is very fast. The food quality and quantity are good. I recommend trying the Bazwan, a typical Kashmiri meal.

We dined at this restaurant and ordered Kashmiri chicken pulav, Kashmiri rajma, rice, and tandoori roti. The standout dish was the Kashmiri pulav, while the rajma was lacking in flavor and seemed too sweet. They offer various types of bread made with maida. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Overall, this was the best dining option in Gulmarg.

The Bakshi Restaurant is situated in the main market of Gulmarg. The food was delicious, although slightly oily. When asked, waiter Fayaz kindly reduced the amount of oil used in the dishes. The service was very friendly and the quality of food was excellent.
