I am so disappointed that just as I found out about this wonderful place, it is closing and being re-purposed to an arcade. Please don’t close this place it is awesome

We had a fabulous time for brunch at The Blue Marlin restaurant this past Sunday. Jake’s Jazz Trio was AMAZING!!! Can’t wait to return.

The food was great! Service was a little bit slow but not to bad. Very nice restaurant

Our meal was outstanding. The Royal Red Shrimp for an appetizer were absolutely delicious. The service was great, they took very good care of us. And I must say the white chocolate caramel bread pudding was the best I've ever had, totally outstanding.

The Easter Brunch was horribly disappointing. We didn’t get drinks for the first min because server just never came over, then they almost immediately started shutting down the brunch before it was supposed to end. They were seating until and we had a reservation!! I guess no one booked a table after us, and the staff felt like they didn’t have enough guests to even warrant staying open. Honestly!! If you have guests, especially for Easter Brunch, you don’t just start shutting things down an hour early, breaking down the bar, dumping beverages, breaking down nearby tables, etc. I couldn’t even get a drink refill because they dumped all the unsweet tea, even though they knew that’s what I was drinking. The food was edible, but definitely not what you’d expect for a person. Our server hardly paid any attention to us, and even though everything was being disembarked around us, he never even bothered to bring the check. Eventually my spouse had to go inside to hunt down someone to check us out. Long story short, I understand why this restaurant is closing for good. I think this is the last meal they planned to serve, and it was obvious they just didn’t really care. Really ridiculous when two adults and a total for a ‘gourmet Easter brunch’ before tax or tip and it is this much of a mess.
