Mcdonald's - Gulfport

Quick friendly convenient tasty! Had a tast for something yummy. Had to get that hot spicy chicken sandwich.

Staff was really friendly and my iced coffee was perfect !!

On Saturday afternoon we stopped in for lunch and all was going well after we ordered I went to the ketchup dispensers, and noticed that one has discolored ketchup orange almost looked like it contained mayo). I showed the cashier and she made a face and said eew! She pointed it out to the manager. His response is what really got me. He turns and throws about eight ketchup packs on the counter, and walks off. I told him that the other dispenser was fine, but my concern was that someone would get sick if they ate the discolored ketchup. He never commented or seemed concerned at any point. For the next fifteen minutes we ate adjacent to the dispensers and at no time did he or anyone else even come and look at the problem. This is not acceptable, and I should hope that you will take care of this. I work in the service industry and was shocked that he never acknowledged the problem. I also am a McDonald's stock holder, and I do not want anything free in response to this complaint. I only hope that you will take care of an obvious problem, and possibly prevent someone from getting sick. *I also have pictures of the ketchup if you desire to see them. Thank you for your time....

Do not wash their time! the absolute worst service and koldfutter and attitude. the manager gloria has no management skills and in tired it. I just want to have a simple cheeseburger that he is no longer old, but the scene. in the return.
