Felix's Restaurant Oyster Bar

Felix's is a wonderful spot for cocktails and fresh seafood. Just beautiful at night! The views are incredible. Had the Gulf Shrimp with Cheese Grits, both of which were fresh, well-prepared and tasty. The service was a bit slow, but overall a greatexperience. Huge space downstairs for events, which is nice. Parking is plentiful as well.

My husband chose the perfect place for a birthday dinner!! He loved the fried alligator, and I enjoyed the tasty crab cakes. We both had the seafood platter, which was hot, yummy and well seasoned. The experience was great and the live band was a funbonus. Our waitress was very kind and service was fast, considering how busy the place was on a Saturday night. The price wasworth the overall exoerience!!

Food was delicious. Had the baked oysters and blackened salmon. Crab legs were decent size and tasted great as well. Staff was friendly, kept our drinks full I'll definitely go back when in town again.

Service was good but slow. I ordered a Hurricane which looked great but lacked any kind of flavor, very weak. Ordered Alligator Bites and Oysters on the half shell. We all had turtle soup. All of that was great. My son ordered a shrimp po-boy, while mywife ordered the pasta jambalaya. They both loved their food. I ordered the soft shell crab platter with two big ole crabs. Ididn't even finish it. The only complaint about my meal was the fries and hush puppies were on the bland side. Wife and Ifinished with bread pudding and teramasus. Ended our tab with with tip $180.00. I expected a little more for that price.

The raw oysters are awesome! Also loved the fried ones, they were perfectly cooked still soft and juicy on the inside, the poboy was mediocre I wouldn't waste your time on it get the oysters. The atmosphere was great, serving staff was very attentive, andwe enjoyed sitting on the back deck. We'll be back!
