Sbarro - Gulf Shores

I love the pizza and wings. But employees could use some training. My pizza was put I. A plastic bag and basically given to me upside down. I prefer them to serve my pizza flat so the toppings aren't stuck to the top or sliding off.

Love this place. Small restaraunt inside a gas station. Very friendly staff, and some of the best, if not the best Stromboli I've ever had. If your in the are it's worth the time. Check them out. Awesome slices too.

When I found this little place inside the gas station off County Road 8 I had to tell the world. The 1st thing I ever ordered was the breadsticks... they come in a 2 pack only so I was like ok! I love bread! The pizza is off the chain good. I always ask for a ranch packet. The store is clean too.

Call to order a LG pizza an hour before they closed and was told they weren't making anymore whole pizzas, I was thinking the oven is down or something...nope they wanted to sell the ones they had already made. Ok cool how many slices of the most bought pizza do you have(pepperoni) I'll just grab enough in slices. Nope they have 1 slice. You have 1 slice and won't make a whole pizza to sell and hour before you closed. I bet the owner of that business would sell that $30 dollar pizza. If it was an 15 mins before close I'd get it but an hour that's just bad business and customer service.

I am in this store often because it is convenient in my neighborhood and close to work. I don't always have Sbarro but even when I am in the store Ann is always the most friendly and upbeat person. When I am patronizing Sbarro she has a great presence behind the counter and terrific customer service. Ann is a terrific addition to this Sbarro location.
