Janino's Pizza - Gulf Shores

We ate here while vacationing at Crystal Shores next door. Was really hoping it would be good simply because it was right next door but nope...$42 for some of the most tasteless pizza we've ever had. We would have come out better putting a Dijorno in the oven. Then the pizza came in this huge box so we thought the pizza itself would be huge also but again, nope. Don't waste your time. It's not worth it at all.

Just absolutely TERRIBLE. Was told the pizza would be ready in 35 minutes, we waited an additional 35 minutes after that time. On top of that we received the wrong pizza, it was absolutely charred and disgusting. My husband actually heard the man in the back say ?I don?t think we can serve that one.? I?m positive he was talking about our pizza at this point. Our name was finally called and the girl at the front spent 15 minutes with her back turned towards us on the phone. I tried getting her attention to just give us the pizza, but she totally ignored us, and the line of people behind us. To make it worse, as we were leaving there were 3 employees just smoking and gabbing on the side of the building? like maybe go help the already extremely limited staff inside? Terrible, inedible, overpriced, and unprofessional. DO NOT spend your money here.

I?ve been in Gulf Shores for 26 years now. Janino?s 5 years ago was amazing. Best pizza place in GS. Today though, the quality of service and food have deteriorated. Always a longer wait then most places, and the quality just isn?t there. Unfortunately, there aren?t many options on West Beach Blvd, and the don?t-know-any-better tourists keep them busy.

Don?t give this people your money, came here on vacation found a bone in our food that our 9 year old daughter was eating. Called to let them know got hung up on multiple time never once apologized. The cashier girl is very unprofessional that?s the one doing all the answering and putting orders. This is a wing bone btw.

The pizza was probably the soggiest and thinnest pizza I have ever had. I 100% would rather have a jacks pizza or a tombstone pizza. The bread sticks were rock hard and looked like tortillas.
