Domino's Pizza - Gulf Shores

One of the worst Dominoes pizzas I have ever had. We each had 1 slice, didn’t finish and threw the rest away. Better off with a frozen from Rouses.

The thin crust was like a cracker so will not order again.

Ordered 2 thin pizza from gulf shores location was an hour and a half before it got here the boxes where crushed the pizza was cold I went the next to the business and explained the situation and I was told well what do you want us to do about it? I can drive there in less than 5 min never again even if I got free pizza for life

Try getting someone there that speaks fluent English when you're trying to order a pizza! I tried three times! Couldn't understand a word they were saying! I ordered at 12:37 pm and at 1:45 called the store because my order had not arrived. I was told the driver had left with my order and it was 8 minutes away. I told them I didn't want food that went into QC Tracker at 12:57, now 45 minutes later. I asked for a refund. They transferred me to a Manager but I sat on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. I have no food, no refund, no phone call after verifying my number. This is completely unacceptable.
