Gratify - Gulf Lagoon Beach

I had a wonderful experience with fantastic service at this restaurant. I ordered the fish tacos with blackened snapper, and they were incredibly flavorful and well-portioned. I’ll definitely return before I leave town.

We had a fantastic experience and meal. Our waitress, Rebecca, was absolutely wonderful—she truly has a gift for connecting with people and provided exceptional service. The food was incredible! The fish tacos, swordfish, and grouper were all cooked to perfection. And I can't forget to mention the drinks; the bartender crafted some amazing cocktails, including rum punch and piña coladas! Overall, everything was excellent!

I found the food to be good, but not worth the price. Charging added gratuity on a takeout order seems unnecessary, though I hope it at least goes to the kitchen staff. The salmon was quite tasty, but it was a bit undercooked for my taste. As for the service, it was just okay. Coming from New Orleans, I have certain expectations for customer service, which might not align with what one typically encounters in Florida! Considering the reputation of Florida, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the stories hold true—that's just how things can be sometimes. The brownie I had was chunky and cold, but my son enjoyed his burger. Overall, it felt like fine dining prices for fast food service and food that was only average.

This place is awesome! Great food, even better staff, and the sassy bartender ????Krista makes these margaritas from scratch that will make you say, whaaaat????!?????. Be sure to ask her for the No Name Margarita , or ask David for his Old Fashion, if you think you 've had a good one before, you are WRONG. The man is the equivalent of samurai for that drink. Gratify is just about the best on and around 30A. Almost as good as Stinky 's Fish Camp 5960 W County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.

Got a few meals to go today. We ordered pretzels as an appetizer, two ordered of Cuban sandwich and a burger. The sides were the fries and coleslaw. Hands down the top two items where the fries so crispy crunchy and soft on the inside and the pretzel was large and cheese was spicy. I would gladly get them again. The burger was nothing special about and worst item was the bland coleslaw. I would not recommend either of them. Lastly when placing order there was no mention of automatic gratuity charge. Order beware, luckily it only cost an additional 10 bucks I just hope it went to the servers and not just the owner pocket. I gave three stars and I hope next time it is better if there is one.
