Contribuiți la feedbackThe furniture is outdated and needs an upgrade. Two of the chairs in the living room should be donated to Goodwill. In one of the bathrooms, the towel bar is partially detached from the wall, and the toilet lid is rusty. The utensil tray in the kitchen was dirty and only contained eight cheap forks. My bed had two fitted sheets, but the bottom one had sand on it. Additionally, the bed in my room squeaked. The owners' closet was unlocked and couldn’t be secured. The exhaust fan in the shower room was not functioning, and it would be beneficial to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Given the price we paid, we expected a five-star experience. I will not be renting Condo 1101 again. I used to own a unit here in the 90s and remember the strict requirements to be part of the rental program; it seems those standards are no longer in place.
Nearby activities include the Russell-Fields City Pier and Alvin’s Island, a shop for beachwear and merchandise. For safety, hotel guests were required to wear a bracelet that identified them as guests, which added an extra layer of security. Convenience was excellent, with plenty to do within walking distance. As for food and drinks, there’s a gas station right across the street where you can stock up the fridge with affordable items.
This is a fantastic place to stay with family, offering activities every night to keep everyone entertained. The pools are very clean, and the property has a security gate, which adds a great sense of safety by ensuring that only authorized guests can enter. It's conveniently located near all the attractions in Panama City Beach. The only downside was the pool lights, which had exposed wires hanging out. I mentioned it to a staff member, but it didn’t get resolved during our week-long stay. While that felt a bit concerning, overall we had a wonderful experience with stunning views and a lovely room.
Have been coming for 20 years and this year things have changed. Staff at main pool are quick to not pay attention as they are more interested in their cell phones orflirting with young girls .They have also started charging for pool side chairs which is and absolute joke after you pay 4000 for a week to stay here. You then have to pay 50 for a vehicle to park. There are three towers and they all seem to be ran by different people. Main pool closes at 10 but the two side pools close at 12. Boogie boards are aloud in pool but not anything else. Got hit in the face a few times from them. Staff is more worried about a can beer being in an adults hand in the pool or even a water bottle. Hot tubs have broken tiles and are like warm tube water and disgusting. Broken tiles outside of elevator doors not fixed. My condo did not have shower curtain in one of the bathrooms and had to ask for blankets as they only had a sheet on each bed. Very disappointing and is my last year here. Used to be a great spot but has deteriorated.
We had sooooo much fun here! This was our second time staying here, but this time we stayed longer because we previously enjoyed it so. It's located in a convenient area with loads of shops and bars within walking distance, but with everything the resort offers, there's not much reason to venture too far. Our condo was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our family and stocked with plenty of beach and pool toys for the kids. The cafe/restaurant, Oceans, offers lots of great food and drink choices that we totally took advantage of while hanging out at the pool, which my kids absolutely loved. We also took advantage of the Pavillion rentals poolside, which was pretty awesome. Overall, I would recommend this place if you and your family would like to have a comfortable, enjoyable vacation.
