The food was good, but average. The prices are at the top. The menu has too many elements I think makes it harder to order as there are no pictures for reference. (Reliving on photos from previous reviews) But I love that they have a free water station.
So glad I found this hidden jewel during my travels! They were from the Laotian sausage and it was recommended to try the crispy reissalat. I'm so glad I tried! It was so fresh and crispy and savory. The tea was also super refreshing on a hot summer day.
Delicious, fast, fresh. We ordered the nam khao (similar to pad Thai) and the mee kah tee (curry coconut soup). Spice level 3 (of 5) was pretty tame, but delicious nevertheless. Customer service was great.
Consistently some of the best food in the entire Gulf Breeze/Pensacola/Beach area. Cannot stress enough how much I love this place. The staff is always so incredibly friendly, and the food never disappoints. I usually get the Stir Fry Basil, but the Thom Khem is a close second for me. I’m specifically leaving glowing review today because, while my food was amazing as usual, I just watched the cashier expertly handle a very large group of obnoxious, loud customers with grace. 10/10
Pros: Great customer service. The young ladies in the front were very attentive and professional. Blown away by that service from girls that seemed to be high schoolers. The food was tasty and came out as advertised. Cons: There was some information that needed to be updated. The hours on the door was wrong, and some items on the menu were no longer offered or just labeled wrong. Ultimately would probably not go back. Wasn’t bad, but didn’t stick out for being a Lao specific restaurant. Felt too commercial.
