A very local and simple place in the Gedser Harbour. This is run by a couple who have a desire and wish to serve local fish in a good way. And they do. It is served simple, and very tasty. Overlooking the har our and boats coming back and forth. A good place to sit. And eat. Definitely recommended!

Gedser is a small harbour in Denmark with the old East-Germany ferry connection to Rostock. We looked for a restaurant and by chanse drove to the fishing harbor just east of the ferry. Gedser Rögeri is a loveley small fish deli with table cater. Fantastic staff and food. Owner operated by two outmoved from Copenhagen. Go there!

For a family reunion I had ordered take away lunch plates for 10 people. The lunch consisted of smoked salmon, shrimps, meat and smoked cheese. Bread and butter included. We have tried this before, just the two of us and it is so delicious and well prepared that it takes you to a higher level of take away food. The price is exxtremely affordable when you consider the size and amount of delicious choices of food you can eat big lunchplate). Everybody around the table was trully satisfied.

Great food. Good and sweet service. We chose to eat on site and enjoy the good sea view.
