The Tea Terrace - Guildford

This restaurant was incredible. They had a wide variety of teas and cakes, and the atmosphere and decor were beautiful. The view was also amazing. I particularly loved the teapot and cups, they were so stylish! I had a wonderful time by myself. It's such a shame that this place has closed down.

We decided to stop by this charming restaurant for a farewell coffee, as we heard it is closing soon along with the Army Navy. It's a shame to see it go, but we are hopeful that it may return in some capacity. We have heard that Fenwicks will be taking over and opening a new shopping mall.

Horrendous customer service. We had a lady with glasses and an accent who had absolutely no regard for us and spoke to us like we were idiots and an inconvenience, not how to run a business.

I wish I had read all the reviews before going sadly I booked this on the web but did not know the information was inaccurate ! The cupcakes Teresa the robot were on the web but when we arrived they had no cupcakes or the robot ! This was the whole point of coming here for our daughters 13th ! Very slow service very OK food ! Do not waste your money ! Wish I had stuck with my original booking of the Ivy Cobham !

Worse lunch and afternoon tea ever. Terrible food, terrible experience, terrible customer service The manager was a joke, rude and didn't care. Will never be back and don't advise anyone to go
