The layout is dreadful and feels very sterile even the patio in warmer weather is just a random collection of a few seats. There is rarely porridge left at 9.30 ish which seems odd for a fitness centre. Some staff are quite pedantic about whether can take crockery outside others don’t ask good to be clear on what rules are please. Finally floors not clean. Two other coffee shops the Bench next door and the student coffee shop across the rugby pitch both of which give a warm welcome
I visited a restaurant on Thursday, January 17th at 7pm and had a negative experience with the service. I ordered a medium decaf cappuccino and had to insist that it be served in a China cup. The server seemed hesitant and eventually threw the drink away after realizing he got the order wrong. The woman at the restaurant did not address the issue and simply told me to ignore him. Overall, the service was appalling and I was extremely disappointed with the experience.
I went to this restaurant for a business meeting and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was located inside a leisure centre. The service was typical of what you would expect at a Starbucks. I ordered a caramel latte and it met their usual high standards. Despite it being busy, we didn't have to wait long for our coffees to be served. It's a great spot to relax or have a business meeting. Additionally, they offer 3 hours of free parking.
Obviously you know what you; 're going to get in Starbucks!! there are nice staff members who 've been here a long time, and there can be interesting sporty customers.
Absolutely appalled by the customer service. Ordered my son a bacon roll, paid and sat down to wait for it to be heated. I went back to the counter about 10 minutes later to ask where it was and it was sat on the counter. I was told that someone had been calling out 'all day breakfast roll ' for five minutes and it had not been claimed. When I said that I hadn 't ordered an all day breakfast roll but a bacon roll I was told very rudely that that is what they call them. When I enquired how I was supposed to know to listen out for something completely different and why didn 't they call it by the exact name on the wrapper of the item I purchased was told again that that is what they call them like I was some kind of idiot for not knowing. She then had the nerve to offer to re-heat it rather than supply a fresh one. Customer service is dead in Surrey Sports Park Starbucks. Bring your thick skin and crystal ball............
