They should not be allowed to operate their businesses in a sane environment. I work hard for my money. Its non refund remains an open sore in my heart. Until that money is refunded, I will never wish the organisation well. Whatever they lay their hands upon is cursed! Lateef (07514257721)
The restaurant is terrible and the staff are dishonest! I placed an order, paid for it, and never received my food. These individuals are criminals who have caused me to lose £40. I will continue to give them bad reviews until they decide to refund my money.
This company is a rip-off. They are lairs, very unreliable, very rude and very deceptive. RUN away from them. Don't go near them. Find a place elsewhere to eat if hungry. I ordered almost £40= food online and made instant payment. The food was never delivered, and my money WAS NEVER REFUNDED. When I challenged them, they told me to go to blazes. I will continue to tell whosoever I come across about my experience. I have also applied to Guilford County Council for a permit to picket in front of this deceptive eatery soon. RUN! RUN!! RUN!! from them.
Poor quality food, poor service and over an hours wait for delivery. I've ordered from here over the last year but last three time have been awful. Yesterday i ended up throwing it all in the bin as it was stone cold and requesting refund from just eat. Portion size small, chicken cold and chewed up, looked like someone had been at it and overall very disappointing. This is the first ever time ive done something like this. I've checked companies house which shows the company as dissolved, not sure they should be trading but i may be wrong. Either way, im out and would give it a zero if i could.
I ordered two chickens from this restaurant and received eight chicken legs instead of a full chicken with breasts. When I called to complain, the person who answered the phone did not apologize and explained that they only served chicken legs, which was not updated on the online menu managed by the vendor. After requesting a refund, the person reluctantly agreed but mentioned that I would have to deal with a separate company for the refund process, which I found unacceptable as a customer. The conversation became heated, and the person on the phone started swearing and cursing at me. Eventually, after some back and forth, the person contacted the company responsible for refunds and instructed them to issue a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it is clear that the staff at Piri Bite lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. Upon reading other reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience with this restaurant. Truly disappointing.
