Kenchie Food House (unlimited Flavored Wings)

We just arrived, and the service has been horrible. We haven't even had a chance to place our orders, and the staff keeps bumping into us as they move back and forth from the counter. They're not serving anyone or addressing any requests. At an all-you-can-eat restaurant, only the food should be unlimited—unfortunately, at Kenchie's, the slow service is a real time-waster.

I highly recommend this Unlimited Wings restaurant in Guiguinto, Bulacan! I would rate it an 8 out of 10!

I would rate this restaurant 5 stars if the chicken wings weren't so salty. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they sanitized the tables.

My favorite chicken flavors are the Kenchie House Special and the Lemon Salt and Pepper. While other flavors are delicious too, I particularly enjoy these two. They typically ask you to choose three flavors for your first serving, and you can select more with each subsequent refill. The staff is attentive and will offer you extra rice if they notice that your plate is nearly empty. One downside is that the restaurant can get quite crowded, and there’s a lack of fans or air conditioning to help cool things down. I understand that they use portable butane stoves, which could be a fire hazard if there were fans, but it still makes for an uncomfortable experience when it’s hot. I would be more inclined to return if the temperatures were more bearable. Additionally, they seemed unprepared for the crowd, as we were served meat that was still frozen and icy. We ended up placing the whole chunk of meat on the grill to let it thaw while waiting for it to be ready for grilling. Although their prices are lower compared to other restaurants, the additional fees can add up. I enjoyed the kimchi, marbled potatoes, and cucumber sides, and I liked the japchae—though I wasn't a fan of the samjang sauce, which reminded me of watered-down banana ketchup with tomato sauce. We also regretted ordering the unlimited cheese; while it was decent, it didn’t meet our expectations. Overall, I would give them 4 stars for our enjoyable experience. Would we return?
