Traditional cuisine with a rigour that I would define the philological, which passes compulsory in manual processing and in case whenever possible. Simplicity, attentive service, a family climate and a timeless atmosphere make the stay pleasant and satisfying cashiers. I forgot: prices of absolute convenience. A legend of the territory.
The menu and the prices from osteria with abundant portions, the first are good fried dumpling very good and also growing tigelle) are better you so many others around...you can choose if only meats cheese... or various intingols ...even desserts are homemade and still at an honest price! You can also eat outside with river view!
Bypass, we chose this trattoria to have lunch at 14.00 on Saturday of November. the trattoria has many places both outdoors (obviously for the summer season) and indoors. inside there are three options to choose the table: a room in the main structure, a room in the large heated veranda and one in the small corridor between the two rooms. we have taken red radicchio candies and sausage ricotta tortellini and broth sage tortellini (small and surprising), baccal pancakes (it was a second of the day, delicious) and mixed cooked vegetables (finally a place where you do not bring a dish with samples of vegetables but something substantial dishes with only portions! very kind staff that allowed us to have lunch quietly and serenit despite we arrived at a time almost at the end of the lunch.
We stopped for a quick lunch after having had a nice walk in the park of the rocks of roccamalatina. at the river is a simple place but the food is delicious and genuine. the broth with cappelletti was gorgeous. less than 25 euros per head.
I went south from modena to florenz on the back roads and came to this restaurant. it was a Sunday afternoon, so it was packed! I had to sit outside, which was very nice, but a little cold. they were very busy, but went out. you were gone to make sure I was welcome and was well taken care of me. I had never had Tigelle/Gnocco fritto or even heard of it, so I had an attempt. it was excellent. the pictures. I hope to come back to this restaurant and this opposite, in general next time I am in italy.
